For the little treasures we've collected during our lives we've made this wonderful Keepsake Box. It is a perfect box to grace any table, desk or dresser top. It measures 6 5/8 inches by 3 inches by 1 1/4 inch high.This box is graced with a polished chunk of Fossil Walrus Bark Ivory, letting the mocha colored Ivory show through. ("Bark" is the natural dark coloring shown around the plaque -as shown in the picture. Note: each piece of Bark Ivory will be different.) On it is etched , in color, a Canadian fishing schooner. The inside of the box is routed with round modern corners. We will add a different striking piece of Fossil Walrus Bark Ivory to the top and you may choose your own theme from the pictures shown below. At small additional cost, have your boat, house, or pet etched in the ivory. If you like, we will place an oval plaque on the inside of the top etched with initials, a name or date at small additional cost. This is a great heirloom gift!

The available colors of our high quality Fossilized Ivories are shown below. (Please allow for some color variation in these natural materials.) Our wonderful Ivories have been reclaimed from the ground after sharing the earth for up to 30 millennia! Even after all this time, Fossil Ivory remains warm and sensuous organic ivory; it is not petrified. It has developed many of its beautiful colors by taking up minerals from the ground. In time, the Fossil Ivories you wear or use will take on very personal hues from your contact. They will become a part of you.
